We are looking for a Link Building Specialist - to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality backlinks to company's core service, country, industry, and platform pages through three distinct channels: warm
partnership outreach, cold outreach including guest posts, and ABC link exchange coordination. Every link placed must meet defined quality criteria and contribute measurable authority, not vanity metrics

- Minimum 2 years of dedicated B2B link-building experience, agency or in-house
- Proven track record of placements on target sites
- Working knowledge of ABC link exchange mechanics, including anchor diversification and target URL rotation
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush
- Experience with outreach automation tools and CRM-based partner tracking
- Familiarity with Google Search Console
- Demonstrated understanding of Google webmaster guidelines, link scheme classifications, and core update impact on link profiles Required Skills
- Native or near-native English written communication, including professional outreach copywriting
- Strong organizational skills with comfort owning structured workflows and process documentation
- Project coordination capability, with the ability to run 20+ simultaneous opportunities at various stages without dropping follow-ups
- Self-directed work style with minimal supervision required after onboarding
- Detail orientation, particularly around quality criteria application and indexation verification
- Comfort with AI-assisted workflows, including using Claude or similar tools to accelerate research, drafting, and qualification
- Critical thinking, with the ability to identify low-quality opportunities and walk away from links that don't fit

- Outreach tool Candidates should arrive with working proficiency in at least three of the above categories. Working Hours Eastern Time business hours overlap of at least 4 hours per day is required for partner outreach and internal coordination. Flexibility on the remaining hours. Reporting Structure Reports to the Marketing Manager with weekly check-ins and structured monthly performance review.

Responsibilities
Warm partnership outreach
- Re-engage Martal's existing partner network of past link exchange
contacts
- Maintain ongoing relationships with active partners through a
structured follow-up cadence
- Coordinate link placements across partner sites in line with Martal's
target page priorities
- Track partner contribution and rotation to prevent over-concentration
on any single source
- Source new warm partners through industry connections, professional
networks, and inbound interest
Cold outreach
- Identify and qualify cold outreach prospects in Martal's relevant
industries and adjacent niches
- Draft and send personalized outreach emails via automation tool
- Manage cold outreach sequences, follow-ups, and reply handling
- Pitch and secure guest post opportunities on relevant B2B publications
- Draft guest post content using AI-assisted workflows, with hands-on
rewriting to ensure editorial quality
- Build and maintain a guest post pipeline of active publications and
editor contacts
ABC link exchange coordination
- Source ABC exchange opportunities through industry networks,
marketplaces, and direct sourcing
- Coordinate three-way exchanges (Site A → Site B → Site C → Site A) with
partner sites
- Match exchange partners based on topical relevance, domain authority,
and anchor flexibility
- Evaluate every exchange opportunity against Martal's defined quality
criteria before accepting
- Track active exchange triads to ensure no direct reciprocity occurs
Quality control and qualification
- Apply a defined qualification framework to every potential link
opportunity, covering domain authority, topical relevance, spam signals,
indexation status, anchor flexibility, and target URL flexibility
- Reject opportunities that fail two or more criteria
- Verify every placed link is indexed by Google at 30-day and 60-day
intervals
- Remove underperforming partners from rotation based on indexation
failure or quality decay
Reporting and tracking
- Maintain a centralized log of all link placements with source URL, target
URL, anchor text, placement date, partner type, and indexation status
- Submit weekly progress reports covering volume by channel, qualified
opportunities in the pipeline, and indexation results
- Provide a monthly executive summary covering total links placed,
quality distribution, indexation rate, and pipeline health
