As an SEO Outreach & Link Building Specialist, you will execute scalable outreach campaigns, secure authoritative backlinks, and strengthen domain credibility through strategic partnerships. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO outreach and link building (NOT general SEO)
- Proven experience executing outreach campaigns and securing backlinks consistently
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar for backlink analysis
- Strong understanding of link quality, domain authority, and backlink evaluation
- Experience working night shift or supporting international clients in similar hours - required
- Excellent written English communication skills for outreach and relationship building
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling outreach campaigns across multiple markets or domains
- Familiarity with digital PR or content-driven link acquisition strategies
- Experience handling high-volume outreach pipeline
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach SEO and backlink acquisition strategies to strengthen domain authority and improve organic rankings
- Identify, qualify, and build relationships with potential link partners including websites, influencers, media outlets, and blogs
- Manage and scale outreach campaigns such as manual outreach, guest posting, content partnerships, and PR initiatives
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis to uncover opportunities and address strategic gaps
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure link quality, authority, and relevance
- Develop strategies to recover, disavow, or replace toxic or low-quality links
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align link-building with broader brand and content objectives
- Partner with digital PR teams to amplify content promotion and brand visibility campaigns
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes affecting off-site SEO and link-building best practices
- Monitor and report on backlink impact across rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
- Present performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Maintain deep expertise in off-site SEO trends, tools, and emerging technologies
