We are looking for a hands-on Technical SEO Manager who fixes issues—not just reports them.

If you can optimize Core Web Vitals, debug JavaScript SEO, implement structured data without a plugin, and solve crawlability issues, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Audits & Implementation – Find and fix SEO issues. Work with developers to implement fixes.
• Core Web Vitals Optimization – Improve LCP, INP, and CLS through real hands-on optimizations.
• Schema Markup & Structured Data – Implement and troubleshoot JSON-LD for better SERP visibility.
• Crawlability & Indexability – Manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps, hreflang tags, canonicals, and Google Search Console.
• JavaScript SEO – Debug and optimize for React, Angular, Vue using SSR and dynamic rendering.
• Log File Analysis – Analyze Googlebot behavior and optimize server response times.
• Technical Content Optimization – Ensure proper URL structures, internal linking, and content hierarchy.
• Monitoring & Reporting – Use Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio to track SEO health.
• Website Management – Own and drive organic growth KPIs for our online printing brands.

Required Skills/Technical Knowledge:

• 3+ years of real-world technical SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site performance.
• Mastery of SEO tools (Search Console, GA, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Lighthouse, etc.).
• Ability to work with developers and implement SEO fixes directly.
• Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excel power user (advanced formulas, data manipulation).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, computer-related fields is preferred, but not required.
