Our client is seeking a full-time SEO Link Builder / SEO Specialist to lead and execute organic growth strategies for new websites. This is not a maintenance-focused SEO role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building websites organic presence from the ground up, developing strategies that drive sustainable traffic growth from zero.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing scalable SEO systems, processes, and best practices that can be adopted and followed by future team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO and link-building strategies for new websites.
- Build organic traffic from the ground up.
- Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and implement link-building campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Create and document SEO processes and systems that can be followed by other team members.
- Help establish a scalable SEO framework to support long-term growth.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience growing organic traffic for newly launched or low-traffic websites.
- Strong background in link building and off-page SEO.
- Ability to develop SEO strategies based on business goals.
- Experience creating repeatable SEO systems and workflows.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Tools:
- The client is flexible regarding tools and methodologies. Candidates may use their preferred SEO tool stack (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar), provided they can demonstrate results.
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection: Must be 100 Mbps at the least, preferably a wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets: The Contractor must have a noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Web Cam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
