Role Overview

We're looking for an SEO Copywriter to join our growing team on a 6-month contract basis with the potential to renew based on performance. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, search-optimized content that drives organic traffic, improves rankings, and supports our clients business goals.

You will work closely with SEO Specialists, Content Strategists, and Account Teams to produce compelling and effective content across multiple industries and markets. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical - someone who understands how to balance storytelling with performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and optimize SEO-driven content including website pages, blog articles, landing pages, and metadata
• Conduct keyword research and apply search intent insights into content development
• Align content with SEO strategies, ensuring best practices for on-page optimization
• Collaborate with SEO team members to implement content recommendations from audits and keyword strategies
• Adapt tone and messaging across different brands, industries, and target audiences
• Optimize existing content to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions
• Ensure all content is clear, engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and content best practices
• Support content needs for client campaigns, pitches, and ongoing projects

What We're Looking For

• Min 5 years of experience in SEO copywriting, content writing, or a similar role (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization)
• Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of brand voice and tone
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
• Experience writing for digital platforms across different industries is a plus
