Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a SEO Content Writer at Sales Focus Inc. The SEO Content Writer will research industry topics, target audiences, and client offerings to develop optimized content that supports lead generation and brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include writing and editing SEO-friendly web pages, blog posts, landing pages, email content, and marketing collateral aligned with client objectives and SFI's sales methodologies. The role involves conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, internal linking), and collaborating with marketing, sales, and account teams to refine messaging. The SEO Content Writer will also monitor content performance using analytics tools, recommend improvements, and maintain a consistent, professional tone aligned with each client's brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing skills, including SEO content writing, web copywriting, and the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and audiences.
  • Experience with on-page SEO practices such as keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, and content structure for discoverability.
  • Proficiency in content planning and execution, including content strategy development, editorial calendaring, and alignment with marketing and sales goals.
  • Comfort using digital tools such as content management systems (e.g., WordPress), basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, keyword tools).
  • Strong editing and proofreading abilities, with attention to grammar, clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent research skills to understand client offerings, target markets, competitive landscape, and industry terminology.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
