To support continued growth, they are investing in data-driven SEO to increase qualified traffic, leads, and closed transactions.
Why does this role exist
This role exists to provide deep, hands-on SEO analysis that goes beyond surface metricsuncovering the root causes behind changes in traffic, conversions, and revenue and turning those findings into prioritized, forecast-backed actions. The hire will own daily performance monitoring, stakeholder reporting, and strategic recommendations so clients receive timely, accurate insights and clear next steps that drive measurable growth. We need a committed, communicative analyst who can follow SOPs, QA reporting thoroughly, and present confidently to non-technical stakeholders.
The Impact you'll make
Data Analysis & Root-Cause Investigation- Analyze SEO performance data (traffic, conversions, revenue) to identify trends, correlations, and root causes for changes.
- Produce correlation analyses and diagnostic workflows to explain why metrics moved (not just what moved).
- Build forecasts and scenario analyses to estimate impact of proposed SEO actions.
Reporting, Storytelling & Client Communication- Create and maintain clear, accurate Looker Studio (or equivalent) reports and executive summaries.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients in plain language; explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure reporting cadence (daily checks, weekly summaries, monthly deep-dives) and timely client updates.
Monitoring, QA & Incident Management- Conduct daily performance checks to spot unusual spikes/drops and perform rapid triage.
- Implement a QA process to validate data sources, tracking, and report accuracy before distribution.
- Escalate and document issues, and recommend corrective actions for tracking or technical problems.
Strategy & Growth Opportunity Identification- Analyze keyword performance, traffic trends, and conversion data to prioritize growth opportunities.
- Recommend on-page, content, and technical SEO actions backed by data and forecasted impact.
- Run competitive and keyword gap analysis using SEMrush and GSC to surface high-opportunity targets.
Process, SOP Compliance & Efficiency- Follow established SOPs carefully; ask clarifying questions and suggest improvements where appropriate.
- Use AI tools (with strong prompts) to accelerate data analysis, reporting, and forecasting while ensuring accuracy.
- Document analyses, recommendations, and outcomes to improve repeatability and knowledge sharing.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Hands-on experience as an SEO Specialist/Analyst with proven track record of data-driven SEO work.
- Strong experience with SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Looker Studio (or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal and written English with a neutral accent and confidence presenting to clients.
- Must commit 100% to assigned accounts (no other clients) and be highly responsive during working hours.
- Demonstrable ability to analyze data deeply, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable, forecast-backed recommendations.
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
Your Superpowers:- Technical
- Advanced SEO analytics skills (organic traffic analysis, conversion attribution, keyword research).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Google Ads, Looker Studio; comfortable with Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
- Experience creating forecasts and scenario models; familiarity with basic SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Strong prompt-writing skills for AI tools to speed analysis and reporting while maintaining accuracy.
