Role Description The SEO/AI SEO & Online Reputation Management role is a full-time hybrid position based in Cebu, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building initiatives, and regular SEO audits to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic. The position also focuses on monitoring and managing online reputation by tracking brand mentions, reviews, and social media sentiment, and coordinating timely, professional responses. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing web analytics data, preparing performance reports, creating or optimizing content for search engines and AI-driven search features, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align SEO and reputation goals with overall business objectives. The role requires consistent testing, documentation of best practices, and proactive identification of opportunities to strengthen the company's online presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Keyword Research and On-Page SEO skills to optimize content and site structure for search visibility.
• Candidates should possess experience in conducting comprehensive SEO Audits to identify technical and content-related improvements.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Link Building strategies to enhance domain authority and relevant organic traffic.
• Candidates should possess solid Web Analytics skills to interpret data, measure performance, and inform ongoing SEO and reputation tactics.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of online reputation management platforms, review sites, and social listening tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Cebu, managing time and responsibilities across office and remote work environments.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, SEO, or online reputation management; a degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field is an advantage.
