Role Overview
The SEO & AI Automation Specialist is responsible for driving organic growth and building scalable automation systems that enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.
This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role, combining advanced search engine optimization expertise with cutting-edge AI workflow development. The role plays a critical part in shaping how the company delivers measurable results across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end SEO strategy across multiple client accounts (technical, on-page, and content SEO)
- Conduct keyword research, topical mapping, and search intent analysis to build scalable content strategies
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, Mangools, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site architecture)
- Optimize content based on semantic SEO principles and search engine ranking signals
- Monitor performance, track rankings, and continuously refine strategies to drive organic growth
2. AI Automation & Workflow Development
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows using tools such as n8n and custom-built solutions
- Develop internal automation systems to improve efficiency in SEO execution, reporting, and content workflows
- Build client-facing AI tools and lightweight web applications to enhance digital capabilities
- Leverage large language models (e.g., via Google AI Studio, Claude Code) to create scalable solutions for content generation, analysis, and process automation
- Continuously explore and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge
3. Data, Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Define and track SEO KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and technical health
- Build automated reporting systems to streamline client deliverables
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Optimize workflows to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time
4. Cross-Functional Contribution
- Collaborate on web development projects to ensure SEO best practices are embedded from the ground up
- Support paid media initiatives with SEO insights (landing page optimization, keyword alignment)
- Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy and client growth planning
- Assist in building internal SOPs, systems, and scalable processes
