Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, Workforce Analytics, HR Data Management, or similar analytics roles within medium to large or multinational organizations
- Hands-on Workday expertise in extracting data and developing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for HR and business stakeholders
- Proven experience creating executive-level dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports using workforce data, including headcount, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and employee metrics
- Proven ability to present complex HR data through executive-ready dashboards, reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations
- Strong experience extracting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting Workday HRIS and other people data while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics, workforce reporting, data governance, reporting frameworks, and people analytics best practices
- Experience improving reporting through automation, dashboard optimization, system enhancements, and data quality initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with experience partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and business leaders
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage large datasets and deliver accurate, actionable workforce insights
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance executive HR dashboards, custom Workday reports, and workforce reporting solutions for HR and business leaders
- Extract, validate, analyze, and interpret Workday and HR systems data while ensuring reporting accuracy, data integrity, and governance
- Design custom Workday reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards supporting HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and executive leadership
- Produce recurring executive reports covering headcount, workforce planning, recruitment, turnover, onboarding, engagement, learning, compliance, diversity, and organizational metrics
- Translate complex workforce data into executive-ready dashboards, presentations, insights, and actionable business recommendations
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, deliver workforce insights, and support strategic decision-making
- Improve reporting through automation, standardization, system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvements
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and data quality audits while maintaining reporting documentation, governance standards, and audit-ready processes
- Ensure all HR reporting activities comply with data privacy, security, governance, and organizational policies
