Senior Workday Analyst (Benefits & Payroll Focus)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid 2x a week BGC, Taguig (3pm – 12mn)
About the Role You will serve as a key HR Technology point of contact, dedicated to supporting and
advancing our core Workday system with a primary focus on the Benefits and Payroll modules. You
will lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of these critical areas, partnering closely
with HR and Payroll teams to drive continuous system and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day (BAU) support for global users, specifically troubleshooting issues,
resolving defects, and managing reporting requests related to Benefits and Payroll.
• Configure, test, and update Workday Benefits and Payroll modules (e.g., managing Open
Enrollment configuration, earning/deduction codes, and payroll processing support).
• Gather business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders and translate them into
scalable, best-practice Workday solutions.
• Support key project deliveries, module enhancements, and related HR/Finance system
changes.
• Prepare and execute data uploads using EIB templates for benefits and payroll data.
• Collaborate with project managers, internal stakeholders, and our external Workday Partner
to validate requirements and roll out releases.
• Keep all process documentation, learning materials, and user FAQs up to date.
What We Are Looking For
• Core Experience: Proven background in gathering requirements, designing, configuring, and
supporting Workday, with deep expertise in the Benefits and Payroll modules.
• Required: Workday HCM Fundamentals certification.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (complex formulas/macros) and a solid
understanding of core payroll cycles, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a
proactive team player who communicates clearly across all levels of the business.
