We are looking for a Senior Workday FINS Analyst to join our Global Finance Transformation team! In this role, you will be a key player in transitioning our finance department into an upper-quartile performer within the exciting and fast-paced cybersecurity industry.

As the technology point-of-contact for our financial functional areas, you will help identify, plan, and implement system and process improvements across core Workday Financial components.

What You'll Do:

• System Configuration & Optimization: Configure and support core finance processes (Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, GL) and maintain a lean global chart of accounts.
• Business Process Management: Create and update business processes, custom validations, condition rules, and Workday security configurations.
• Advanced Reporting: Develop and support management reporting utilizing Workday Reporting (custom, composite, advanced, BIRT) and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local Finance and system consultants on data migrations, testing, system integrations (banking, payroll, VAT), and month/year close processes.
• Training & Support: Train finance super-users, prepare process materials, and provide early-life support post-deployment.

What We're Looking For:

• Accounting Expertise: Fully Qualified Accountant with a sound understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
• Core Finance Experience: Solid background in 2-3 of the following: AP/AR, Banking, Journals, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Reporting, or VAT.
• Workday Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Worktags, security configurations, and Workday reporting. (Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience is highly desirable!)
• Problem Solver: High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high levels of change.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with global teams.
