Job Summary: The Senior Wellbeing Specialist will Hold the Function of a Site Wellbeing Coordinator - in charge of Planning and Developing Wellness Strategies, Leading Multiple Initiative(s), and Core Processes in the Supported Site(s) Covering Mental Health Awareness, Nutrition, and Physical Activity. You will work with Other Site Coordinator(s) in Driving and Managing Mental Health and Wellbeing Activities, Focusing on Increasing Resiliency and Reducing Risk(s) in the Content Moderation Workspace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wellbeing Strategy Development: Plan, Develop, and Execute a Holistic Wellbeing Strategy, Leading Multiple Initiative(s) such as Mental Health Awareness, Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Other Wellness Program(s). Ensure Alignment with Site-Specific Need(s), Particularly in High-Stress Environment(s) like Content Moderation; Program Evaluation and Gap Identification: Regularly Evaluate Wellbeing Program(s) to Identify Gap(s), Offer Recommendation(s), and Implement Action(s) to Continuously Enhance Program Effectiveness
- Collaboration and Resilience Building: Work with the Site Coordinator(s) and Other Regional Lead(s) to Drive Mental Health and Wellbeing Activities with a Focus on Enhancing Employee Resiliency and Minimizing Psychological Risk(s) in the Content Moderation Space; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, Health and Safety, and Other Key Department(s) to Ensure Successful Implementation of Different Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Wellness Strategies; Corporate Wellbeing Support: Coordinate with Human Resources and Support the Rollout of Corporate-Level Wellbeing Initiative(s) to Ensure Consistency of Action(s)
- Project Management: Oversee the End-to-End Management of Wellbeing Initiative(s), Ensuring Timely Update(s) to the Global Lead, Seamless Collaboration with Internal Stakeholder(s) and the Consistent Application of a Standardized Wellness Framework; Project Leadership: Lead or Co-Lead Various Wellbeing-Related Project(s) or Activities Assigned by the Manager or Director of Wellbeing Ensuring Alignment with Organizational Goal(s)
- One-On-One Coaching and Group Session(s): Provide Individual Coaching Session(s) to Employee(s) as Requested, Run Group Workshop(s) Focused on Teaching Healthy Coping Mechanism(s), Stress Management, and Resiliency Skills; Focus Group Discussion(s) and Employee Engagement: Conduct Focus Group Discussion(s), Skip-Level Meeting(s), and Townhall(s) to Better Understand and Address Employee Wellbeing Need(s)
- Mental Health Training: Design and Deliver Mental Health and Resilience-Related Training for Employee(s), Leadership, and Management Tailored to their Respective Role(s) and Responsibilities; Leadership Upskilling in Psychological Crisis Management: Lead Initiative(s) to Upskill Leader(s) in Crisis Management, Ensuring Smooth Case Handling and Follow Through for Identified Psychological or Emotional Crises
- Customized Wellbeing Program(s): Develop Individualized Wellness Program(s), Regularly Assess their Effectiveness, and Make Data-Driven Adjustment(s) to Improve Employee Health Outcome(s); Continuous Program Improvement: Evaluate the Effectiveness of the Wellbeing Strategy by Collecting Feedback, Analyzing Data, and Making Ongoing Adjustment(s) to Enhance Program Impact
- Data Collection and Reporting: Collect, Analyze, and Report Data Related to Wellbeing Initiative(s), Creating Insightful Report(s) for Stakeholder(s), Tracking Action Item(s), and Ensuring Management Visibility; Needs Assessment and Benchmarking: Conduct Needs Assessment(s) and Utilize Benchmarking Tool(s) to Monitor Psychological Health and Wellbeing within the Organization; Wellbeing Reporting: Create Comprehensive Aggregated Report(s) on Wellbeing Program(s), Identifying Gap(s), Tracking Follow-Up Action(s), and Ensuring Continuous Improvement
- Vendor and Third-Party Relationship Management: Manage Relationship(s) with External Provider(s), Including Certified Coach(es), Counselor(s), and Psychologist(s) to Ensure High Quality Onsite Service(s) and Seamless Collaboration; Employee Assistance Program Coordination (EAP): Collaborate with EAP Vendor(s) to Ensure Follow-Up on Critical Case(s), Timely Intervention(s), and Program Effectiveness, Particularly for High-Risk Individual(s); EAP Billing and Coordination: Oversee EAP Billing, Working Closely with Procurement and Finance Team(s) to Ensure Timely Payment Processing and Acknowledgement
- Engagement Calendar Oversight: Drive the Engagement Calendar for the Region, Working Closely with Wellness Coach(es) to Develop and Implement New, Innovative Activities that Promote Employee Participation and Wellbeing; Client-Facing Responsibilities: Represent the Wellbeing Program in Client-Facing Meeting(s) Including Weekly and Monthly Business Review(s) and During Site Client Visit(s), Provide Insight(s) During Site Tour(s) to Showcase the Impact of Different Wellness Initiative(s)
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
- Educational Background and Licensure: Master's Degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy, Counseling, or a Related Field is Highly Preferred, Must be a Licensed Therapist such as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychometrician, and Licensed Counselor is Required
- Clinical Experience and Background: Minimum of 3 Year(s) of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience, Delivering both Individual and Group Coaching Session(s) Across the Mental Health Spectrum with a Focus on Workplace-Related Mental Health Issue(s)
- Technical Knowledge and Project Management: Solid Understanding of Health and Wellbeing Benefit(s) Including Insurance Structure(s) and How these Integrate with Corporate Wellbeing Program(s), Demonstrated Ability to Manage and Execute Wellbeing Project(s) with Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills to Ensure Effectiveness of Wellbeing Program(s)
- Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, and Team Management: Proven Team Player Capable of Collaborating with a Variety of Internal and External Stakeholder(s) Across all Level(s) of the Organization Including Human Resources, Legal, and Operations, Experience Working with Diverse Stakeholder(s) to Drive Successful Wellbeing Initiative(s) and Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration, Prior Experience in Managing Team(s) with an Emphasis on Fostering Collaboration and Development within Mental Health and Wellness Service(s)
