Ikigai Cases is hiring for a Senior Website & CRO Strategist

About the Company
Ikigai Cases (www.ikigaicases.com) is a fast-growing ecommerce brand manufacturing aerospace-grade aluminum pill cases. Founded in December 2021 by two brothers after their father's neurological diagnosis led them to discovering the issues with plastic pill organizers, we've built a multi-million dollar business in just over four years with a team of 25 across the globe.
Our mission is simple: make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We deliver on this by managing in-house fulfillment at our Washington, DC facility (including custom engraving) and maintaining obsessive attention to detail.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Website & CRO Strategist to take complete ownership of our website, CRO, and landing page operations - as both the strategist who sets the roadmap and the lead builder who ships against it.
This is a true player-coach role. You'll diagnose where the funnel is leaking, build the test roadmap, and then drive execution forward yourself — hands-on in Replo, Shopify, and Intelligems — while leading a small team (an internal website manager and an external developer) to move faster than you could alone. Strategy and production aren't separate tracks here. We're hiring someone who is genuinely excellent at both and wants to keep their hands on the work, not someone who writes briefs and waits.
You'll run this like your own business unit, working directly with the founder — no layers of management, full autonomy over your domain. If you've scaled a DTC CRO program / website team before and want to own the whole thing end to end, this is that role.
5 Core Responsibilities
- CRO Strategy & Roadmap — Own the testing roadmap end to end: diagnose where the funnel leaks, form prioritized hypotheses, and decide what we test next and why.
- Funnel Strategy & Optimization — Design and optimize custom funnels for paid traffic — persona- and offer-specific experiences built to convert Meta spend.
- Website & Landing Pages Production Lead — Own production of landing pages, PDP updates, and site changes — directing the team and getting hands-on yourself in Replo and Intelligems when the work calls for it.
- Team Leadership & Developer Management — Lead the website manager and external developer as a hands-on player-coach, keeping the roadmap shipping on time.
- Cross-Functional Alignment — Keep ads, landing pages, email, and merchandising working as one system alongside the marketing team, email agency, and customer service.

Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years working for a CRO Agency / DTC E-commerce Brand / Growth Agency.
- Experience building a CRO roadmap, planning & executing on A/B tests.
- Experience developing funnels for paid acquisition — building custom experiences for specific personas or specific offers to support paid media spend.
- Experience leading & managing execution, not just recommending strategy. Must be willing to get your hands dirty on production when needed, not just tell others what to do.
- Software experience with Intelligems (A/B testing) and Replo (or similar landing page builders).
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Consumer durables / one-time-purchase product experience (NOT CPG / LTV / subscription).
- Notion fluency (this is our operating system).
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) familiarity.
Compensation Details
- Compensation: $42,000 per year + performance-based bonuses.
- Work Hours: 50 hours per week, flexible scheduling to meet needs of the role with core overlap with US EST business hours.
- Paid Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year.
- PTO: 1 week earned for every 6 months worked at the company.
