Ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of the company's global Unified Communications, Voice, and Audio/Visual infrastructure. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role responsible for driving major transformation initiatives across platforms such as Cisco Call Manager, AudioCodes SBCs, Cisco CUBEs, enterprise AV systems, and Microsoft Teams.
You will act as a technical lead on key migration and modernization projects, including moving AudioCodes SBCs to AWS Cloud and replacing legacy Cisco voice gateways.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions with a focus on AudioCodes SBCs, Cisco CUBEs, and cloud-based architectures
- Act as Technical Lead for major voice initiatives, including SBC migrations to AWS and legacy Cisco gateway replacement
- Provide advanced L2/L3 troubleshooting for voice, video, and IPTV services, including Cisco IP Phones, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, and Teams Rooms
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for:
- SBC configuration and provisioning
- Monitoring, alerting, and health checks
- Bulk migrations and operational efficiency improvements
- Build and maintain proactive monitoring frameworks to ensure high availability and performance
- Serve as escalation point for complex Enterprise Voice, AV, and Microsoft Teams Room issues
- Ensure adherence to Permit to Operate, Change Control, and operational governance standards
- Collaborate with global technology and business teams to resolve issues and continuously enhance services
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience with Enterprise Voice, Unified Communications, and Trader Voice platforms
- Deep expertise in AudioCodes SBCs, including configuration, migration, and cloud deployments
- Strong SIP trunking knowledge with best-practice design and implementation
- Proven experience in IP networking and Voice/IP Telephony, including Cisco Unified Communications Suite
- Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and telecommunications operations
- Hands-on experience with Cisco CUBEs and legacy voice gateway replacement
- Experience deploying and supporting AudioCodes SBCs both on-premises and in AWS
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and enterprise voice integrations
- CCNP or CCVP certification (required)

- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash) applied to voice/network operations and analytics
