What You'll Do:

We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to manage and maintain enterprise storage, Virtual environments (VMware, XenServer, and others), backup systems, servers and Licenses (Vmware, Veeam, OS, RDS, Oracle, MS SQL…). This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the IT infrastructure, as well as improving operations through automation and support in the capacity analysis of our Data Centers

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and maintain enterprise storage systems

·      Administer Virtual environments (VMware: ESXi, vCenter, VMs,.. XenServer and others)

·      Install, configure, and upgrade VMware environments 

·      Manage and optimize Veeam backup environments

·      Automate routine tasks and system monitoring

·      Maintain disaster recovery procedures and documentation

·      Work with Network, Security, and Application teams

·      Perform capacity planning and performance tuning

·      Ensure security and compliance with IT policies

·      Lead assigned projects and deliver on time

·      Manage the capacity management, quotes to vendors, and ordering when is required

·      Support the Head of the area in Licensing management

·      Participate in on-call rotation and handle critical incidents

What We're Looking For:

·      Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

·      10+ years of experience in enterprise IT (storage, VMware, backup)

·      Strong VMware knowledge (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)

·      Experience with Veeam backup solutions

·      Experience with SAN/storage systems (e.g., HPE Alletra)

·      Strong troubleshooting skills

·      ISO 27001 experience and establish SOP to routine tasks

·      Experience working with American of European companies

·      Experience in Licensing management

·      Disaster recovery experience

·      Relevant certifications in the Scope of this position required

·      Windows and Linux server administration is a plus

·      Infrastructure Architect experience is a plus
