Role Description

The Senior Visual and Motion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual and motion design assets for brand launches, product campaigns, and digital experiences. This full-time role is on-site in Metro Manila and involves working closely with creative directors, designers, and strategists to develop storyboards, motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with client goals and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include translating creative briefs into compelling visual narratives, designing motion systems for digital products and marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine concepts from initial ideas through final delivery. The role also includes overseeing production workflows, ensuring visual consistency across platforms, and mentoring junior designers in motion and visual design best practices.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create engaging and brand-aligned visual experiences.
Proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding, including developing narrative sequences and visual treatments for digital and video content.
Experience in Video Production, covering editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various platforms and formats.
Advanced ability with industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar applications).
Demonstrated portfolio of visual and motion design work for brands, products, or campaigns.
Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience working with purpose-driven brands or in agency/cooperative environments is a plus.

Ideal Profile

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience as a Visual Designer/Motion Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
5-10 years of experience in visual and motion design—ideally across both B2C and B2B projects
Proven experience in visual designing for multiple channels and digital devices
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Premiere Pro, and/or video editing/animation tools
Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and operates with reasonable flexibility
Well-organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver refined designs within tight deadlines
Highly proactive, enjoys solving problems creatively
Pays pragmatic attention to detail
Has a deep understanding of visual design standards, typography, iconography, and color theory
Has a keen eye for design and aesthetics
Experience with fast-growing companies and/or design agency is a plus
Experience in 3D modeling and animation is a plus
