The Senior Video Producer is the technical lead and creative anchor for our on-site productions. While Junior Producers focus on the grind of social clips and podcast edits, the Senior Producer owns the source. You are responsible for the high-level technical execution of daily shoots, ensuring that every frame captured is of premium quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical execution of everyday shoots. You are responsible for the Master Setup, including camera blocking, advanced lighting setups, and high-fidelity audio capture.
- Lead and manage the on-set production crew. You ensure that every member (Junior Producers/Interns/Talent) is aligned and that the technical workflow is efficient.
- Serve as the final gatekeeper for raw footage and final edits. You verify that all files are technically sound (no noise, perfect exposure, synced audio) before they move to the post-production phase.
- Execute the Master Edit for full-length episodes and high-stakes campaigns. You are responsible for the final color grade and audio polish that defines the premium look of the network.
- Constantly audit our studio gear and software. You are responsible for researching and integrating new hardware, AI tools, and production techniques to keep our technical output ahead of the competition.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in professional video production, with a focus on directing sets and high-end post-production.
- Must be physically available for everyday on-site shoots. This is a hands-on, present role that cannot be done entirely remote.
- Must own and operate a professional, high-spec editing workstation (e.g., M3 Max, i9/Ryzen 9, 64GB+ RAM) capable of handling massive 4K multi-cam projects.
- Ability to manage high-profile talent and lead a crew under the pressure of tight daily recording schedules.
