We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and trend-driven Senior Video Editor who can transform ideas into premium, high-impact visual content across digital, social, retail, and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in advanced video editing but is also knowledgeable in AI-powered content creation, creative conceptualization, motion graphics, and modern storytelling techniques that elevate brand presence and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative Teams to develop compelling visual storytelling concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand direction.
- Lead the video team weekly/campaign video idea output, and the creative execution and post-production process for TVCs, digital ads, social media content, livestream assets, event videos, product launches, and promotional materials.
- Review raw footage and production materials to determine the best creative direction, shot selection, pacing, and storytelling flow.
- Manipulate and enhance video footage using advanced editing techniques, cinematic transitions, color grading, motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design.
- Maintain strong visual continuity, storytelling quality, and brand consistency across all video outputs.
- Create engaging rough cuts, final cuts, teaser edits, short-form reels, viral content formats, and premium brand films.
- Insert and synchronize dialogue, music, sound effects, subtitles, animations, graphics, and special effects to improve viewer engagement and communication impact.
- Ensure all team/campaign video outputs follow approved campaign messaging, creative direction, timelines, and platform specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, editing styles, social media algorithms, AI tools, and content consumption behaviors.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and platforms for video generation, enhancement, editing, automation, voiceovers, visual effects, scripting assistance, image generation, and creative conceptualization.
- Develop innovative AI-assisted content concepts that improve production efficiency, creativity, and content performance.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, KOLs, production teams, agencies, and external partners throughout the production lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all final deliverables meet premium production standards and are optimized for various digital and offline platforms.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in professional video editing, content production, or multimedia creative work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong expertise in motion graphics, cinematic editing, storytelling, color grading, audio enhancement, and visual effects.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and livestream platforms.
- Experience in creating high-performing commercial, lifestyle, tech, gaming, retail, or brand-driven content is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
- Skilled in AI-assisted content conceptualization, AI video generation, AI image creation, automated editing workflows, and AI-enhanced storytelling.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to conceptualize innovative, trend-driven, and viral-worthy content ideas.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly to revisions, and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
