Senior Video Editor

We are seeking talented video editors with at least two years of experience editing content for social media (videos for TikTok, Instagram reels and YouTube Shorts), to join our team full time as our next dedicated video editor!

At Mirror Media Marketing we are a team of elite storytellers that work with the biggest podcasts, YouTubers and creators in the world, helping them clip up their long form footage into short form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

We average over 100,000,000 views per month across all channels and add about 250,000 new followers every single month for our clients.

We are growing fast and are looking for passionate video editors to join our team full time.

As a Video Editor You Will:

• Edit daily content with set deadlines.
• Be responsible for watching long form footage (such as Podcasts and YouTube Videos) to find viral moments and turn them into short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube shorts.
• Be responsible for a set amount of clients assigned to you.
• Be creative, bring new ideas to the table to constantly improve your clips.

Requirements:

• Must be available full time (40 hours per week)
• At least 2+ years experience as a short form video editor (podcast clip experience is a bonus).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• WiFi Speeds of at least 200mb per second.
• Strong eye for selecting hooks from long form footage.
• Creative editing ability.
• Expert with softwares like Google Drive and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• You're someone who never settles for good enough.
• Proactive, self-motivated and organized - constantly looking to improve.
