What You'll Do (Tasks & Metrics)

• Delight Customers & Stakeholders: Resolve incidents, run end-to-end testing, and maintain design documentation to ensure maximum system reliability and high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Grow Our Business: Lead production builds, assist in deployments, and achieve zero deployment-related downtime to keep project releases running seamlessly.
• Improve the Way We Work: Champion Agile practices, optimize DevOps pipelines, and apply best-in-class coding standards to scale system performance and security.
• Develop Yourself & Others: Collaborate in a culture of Agility, Accountability, and Customer Centricity, actively upskilling in modern technologies while sharing knowledge with your team.

What We're Looking For

• Tech Stack: Hands-on expertise in .NET Framework 4.7.2, VB.NET or C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL (Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL), REST APIs, MVC/MVVM, and IIS configuration.
• Front-End & Tools: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and XSLT. (Bonus: Experience with DevExpress, .NET Core, NodeJS, Jira, Jenkins, Git, or TFS).
• Mindset: Strong troubleshooting skills, an analytical mind, and a thrives-under-pressure attitude that aligns with our collaborative energy.
