Senior Valuation Associate to Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting valuation engagements across businesses, intangible assets, real estate, and financial instruments (equity, debt, derivatives, structured products).
• Building, reviewing, and validating complex financial/valuation models (threestatement, DCF, market multiples, quantitative pricing models).
• Conducting industry and company research, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with valuation standards and methodologies.
• Preparing and delivering highquality valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Driving business development initiatives, including proposals and client pitches.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to resolve valuation issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring associates and interns to foster technical and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
• Professional qualifications (CFA, FRM, CPA) or progress toward certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of valuation experience in accounting, professional services, or financial institutions.
• Proficiency in Excelbased financial/valuation modelling; knowledge of programming languages (VBA, Python) and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of business valuation, intangible assets, real estate valuation, and/or financial instruments valuation methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problemsolving, and presentation/reportwriting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and perform under pressure.
• High proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
