About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead and deliver impactful, human-centered design initiatives within a complex enterprise B2B environment. This role will own UX for large, high-impact features and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive elegant, scalable user experiences.
You will play a key role in strengthening design maturity, advocating for design excellence, and mentoring team members while shaping enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct UX activities for complex product initiatives
- Own the end-to-end UX process for large features, including supporting artefacts
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into wireframes, service blueprints, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless delivery
- Advocate for design-centered prioritization and continuous product improvements
- Ensure alignment with established Design Principles and Design Systems
- Mentor designers and facilitate research practices and design reviews
Qualifications
General
- Passionate about the impact of design practice
- Strong ability to apply design principles to complex problems from concept to execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 35 years of experience in a Senior Designer capacity with a strong portfolio
- Solid foundation in UX fundamentals:
- User research
- Wireframing
- Mockups
- Prototyping
- High-fidelity design
- Usability testing
- Experience leveraging and contributing to design systems
- Experience in financial or regulated environments is advantageous
