About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape the experience architecture of digital products that influence how global users interact, decide, and engage. This role goes beyond execution-driving strategic design direction, aligning business objectives with user needs, and elevating design maturity across cross-functional teams. You will operate at the intersection of insight, innovation, and impact, delivering scalable design solutions that redefine usability and product value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in UX design with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects and a deep understanding of UX methodologies
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Design Tools, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on design
  • Proven experience in user research including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and supporting professional growth
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Strong problem-solving skills with strategic and detail-oriented thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
  • Passion for continuous learning in UX trends, tools, and methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design from research to testing and iteration
  • Define product vision, requirements, and user stories with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct user research to uncover insights on behavior and needs
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and UX artifacts to guide design strategy
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Partner with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
  • Champion user-centered design principles across the organization
  • Mentor junior designers and strengthen team capability
  • Stay current with emerging UX trends and integrate best practices
  • Lead design reviews and elevate design quality through feedback
  • Evaluate and improve existing product experiences through continuous iteration
