Senior User Experience Designer

This role will focus on improving complex enterprise workflows, designing cross-product

experiences, and partnering with Product Management and Engineering to create intuitive solutions

for customers and internal users operating in highly regulated industries.

The ideal candidate has experience designing enterprise software, enjoys solving complex workflow

challenges, and is comfortable moving between research, design, and product discovery activities.

Responsibilities

Design user experiences for web-based enterprise applications.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business

stakeholders.

Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Identify and improve workflows that span multiple products and systems.

Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and design validation activities.

Translate customer needs and business requirements into practical design solutions.

Contribute to product strategy through discovery activities and concept development.

Leverage and contribute to the organization's design system.

Present design recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Participate in design critiques and collaborative workshops.

Help establish consistent user experiences across the GCM product ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of professional UX design (interaction design) experience.

Experience designing enterprise or B2B software products.

Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and end-to-end design thinking.

Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools. AI-enabled design is a plus.

Experience using and contributing to a design system.

Experience creating:

o User flows

o Wireframes

o Interactive prototypes

o High-fidelity UI designs

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with compliance, regulatory, SaaS, workflow, or information-heavy products.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

Experience working in Agile product teams.

Experience translating research findings into product recommendations.

Experience designing data-rich dashboards, reporting tools, or workflow management

systems.
