Senior User Experience Designer

Job Title: Experience Designer/Sitecore XM Cloud/ Front-End Developer /Next.js /React

Location: Philippines – 100% Remote

Working Hours: Saudi Arabia (KSA) Time Zone

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Experience Designer to design meaningful, customer-focused digital experiences. You will work across the complete customer journey, from research and discovery through design, prototyping, validation, and optimization.

What You'll Do

Research and design end-to-end customer journeys and supporting services.

Create personas, journey maps, service blueprints, interaction flows, and prototypes.

Conduct usability testing and validate designs with customers and operational teams.

Translate research and insights into simple, intuitive digital experiences.

Collaborate closely with business, product, technology, and development teams.

Use analytics and customer insights to continuously improve experiences.

Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in UX, Experience Design, Service Design, or Digital Experience Design.
• Proven ability to turn customer research into practical design solutions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, and user-centered design.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
