Role Description The Senior User Experience Architect is a full-time remote role responsible for designing intuitive, effective digital experiences for RevDojo's training platforms and tools. In this role, the architect leads discovery sessions, conducts user research, and translates insights into user flows, wireframes, and interaction models. The architect collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and visual designers to define information architecture, refine requirements, and ensure a cohesive end-to-end user journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping complex workflows, creating UX documentation, validating concepts through usability testing, and iterating designs based on data and stakeholder feedback. This role also contributes to UX standards, design systems, and best practices that support scalable, user-centered product development.
Qualifications
  • Strong User Experience (UX) skills, including information architecture, interaction design, and end-to-end journey mapping.
  • Expertise in Human Computer Interaction and Design Thinking to frame problems, explore solutions, and guide decision-making.
  • Experience with User Research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys to generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Visual Design principles to create clear, accessible, and consistent interfaces in collaboration with design teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams, communicating complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
  • Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar) and familiarity with responsive, web-based products.
  • Background in designing B2B or SaaS platforms; experience in training, performance tools, or automotive industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
