Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: Philippines - Makati
Schedule: Night Shift
Job Description
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Ensure accurate tax setup and process payroll adjustment entries.
- Resolve tax notices and support audit inquiries professionally.
- Research tax legislation changes and communicate compliance impacts.
- Analyze financial data to identify tax risks and savings.
- Maintain tax records and documentation for reporting accuracy.
- Prepare custom reports and manage cases using Zendesk.
Qualification And Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 13 years of tax experience, including multi-state compliance.
- Experience with multi-state tax filings and international tax compliance.
- Proficiency in tax software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with Zendesk, Prism, or Master Tax preferred.
