eClerx Philippines is seeking experienced Senior US Payroll Specialists to support one of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States. This role is ideal for payroll professionals with strong expertise in US Payroll and hands-on experience in Workday Payroll or UKG/Kronos.

What You'll Do
- Process end-to-end US payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Administer payroll using Workday Payroll or UKG/Kronos.
- Review and validate payroll transactions, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local US payroll regulations.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities including W-2 processing.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Cross-train on additional payroll platforms and client-specific processes during the transition period.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of end-to-end US Payroll processing experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Multi-state US Payroll
- Payroll tax regulations
- FICA, Medicare, Social Security
- Garnishments
- W-2 processing
- Payroll reconciliations
- Time and attendance integration
- Hands-on expertise in either:
- Workday Payroll (Highly Preferred), or
- UKG Pro / UKG Workforce / Kronos
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to payroll accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with both Workday Payroll and UKG/Kronos.
- Healthcare industry payroll experience.
- Experience supporting large employee populations across multiple states.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and audit processes.
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification or equivalent.
