Senior UI/UX Designer – Data Visualization & Analytics

ECLARO is partnering with a leading specialty Property & Casualty insurance organization, on an exciting newly created UI/UX opportunity within their IT organization.

Our client is launching a major initiative focused on enhancing the user experience and visualization capabilities of its member-facing analytics environment through the development of an enterprise-level 360 Dashboard platform. This role will serve as the primary designer responsible for transforming complex data into intuitive, visually compelling, and highly user-friendly dashboards that improve business insights and user engagement.

This is a highly visible opportunity that will collaborate directly with IT leadership and C-level stakeholders while helping shape the future design experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design strategy for enterprise dashboard and analytics initiatives

• Design intuitive, modern, and visually engaging dashboards and user experiences for internal and external stakeholders

• Partner closely with IT, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to understand user needs and translate requirements into effective design solutions

• Improve existing dashboard layouts, workflows, usability, and visualization standards

• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows to support dashboard development initiatives

• Ensure dashboards present complex data in a highly consumable and actionable format

• Collaborate with developers and data teams to ensure successful implementation of designs

• Help establish UI/UX best practices and visualization standards across the organization

• Present concepts and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Data Visualization-focused design roles

• Strong experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, or enterprise reporting solutions

• Experience with visualization tools such as Pyramid, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern design methodologies

• Ability to simplify complex datasets into highly intuitive user experiences

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with executive leadership

• Portfolio showcasing dashboard design, analytics visualization, and UI/UX work samples required

• Insurance or P&C industry experience is a plus but not required
