. In collaboration with Associate Director of Design Experience, lead AIA's digital transformation from a design experience perspective
. Evolve and contribute to best-in-class digital design systems that defines AIA digital experience
. Be responsible and accountable for the quality of Design Experience solutions and adherence to Design System
. Mentor less senior designers and build the best-in-class in-house design experience capabilities for Group within the Philippines
. Design and build simple, easy, yet delightful digital experiences for customers and employees
. On-time delivery of UX solutions that meets AIA Group standards . Collaborate with peers and cross functional teams to execute best-in-class Design based on requirements and project briefing that deliver on both customer and business outcomes
. Advocate for the customer
