Our Central Controls team supports effective user access management across our Commodities and Global Markets business. We work closely with stakeholders to maintain strong controls, manage risk, and support a positive service-focused culture.

What role will you play
You will lead user access management controls operations, helping to ensure controls remain effective and compliant across all streams. You will oversee day-to-day team operations, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and support collaboration across teams.
In addition, you will develop team members and encourage continuous learning and improvement.
What You Offer
- 6+ years of experience in non-financial risk, operational risk management or a similar discipline, with user access management or identity and access management expertise an advantage
- Proven experience leading a team, including managing workflows, operational priorities, and delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify insights and turn them into practical outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, mentoring and coaching capabilities.
- Experience using AI tools, automation, data analytics and data transformation, with SailPoint IIQ or similar platforms an advantage
