Senior Treasury & Finance Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Treasury & Finance Transformation Analyst will drive the global implementation of cross-functional finance transformation initiatives within Global Services (GS). Partnering closely with Project SigniFi and TMS Programs, this role ensures E2E seamless accounting for Treasury processes following the global template, focusing specifically on Cash, Currency & Hedge, and Intercompany areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Process & Deployment Execution: Lead conversion execution, master data load/validation, reconciliations, and process fit/gap analyses across the deployment roadmap.
• Testing & Data Management: Execute testing across all cycles (BST, UAT, Cutover, Defect Resolution) and collaborate with Global MDM to ensure clean E2E finance master data.
• Training & Hypercare: Serve as a super user to lead training, drive process adoption, transition tasks to run state, and support legacy teams during peak periods.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis, execute corrective action plans, and manage cross-program interdependencies in compliance with the J&J Credo.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics.
• Experience: 4–6 years in finance, including process design, continuous improvement, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Domain & Tech Skills: Expertise in treasury operations, cash/bank reconciliations, and hedging; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
