Senior Treasury Analyst
Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3)
Location: Ayala, Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)
Schedule: Day Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and execute foreign exchange (FX) spot transactions aligned with business and in-country requirements.
- Optimize FX execution and timing through strong cash visibility and forecasting.
- Perform daily cash positioning and contribute to short- and medium-term cash forecasts across APAC.
- Analyze cash and FX drivers to reduce inefficiencies, excess balances, or unnecessary FX activity.
- Maintain FX documentation including deal logs, confirmations, and settlement tracking.
- Collaborate with treasury, finance, and banking teams to ensure smooth FX and cash operations.
- Apply knowledge of advanced FX and hedging concepts (e.g., forwards, swaps, hedge mechanics) to support process improvements and future treasury initiatives.
- Assist in treasury controls, reporting, and audit requirements related to FX and cash activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of treasury experience, with strong focus on foreign exchange (FX) operations.
- Hands-on experience executing FX spot transactions.
- Solid background in treasury cash management, including cash positioning and forecasting.
- Working knowledge of advanced FX and hedging concepts such as forwards, swaps, and hedge mechanics.
- Experience supporting multi-country or APAC treasury environments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ERP treasury modules.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in centralized or shared services treasury operations.
