Role Overview

Lead large-scale transformation initiatives for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients, driving process excellence, digital innovation, and AI-led interventions. This role is accountable for delivering measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes across global programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end transformation programs across BFSI accounts

* Drive process excellence using Lean Six Sigma methodologies

* Design and implement digital and AI-led solutions (automation, analytics, CX tools)

* Act as a trusted advisor to clients; lead executive presentations and solution discussions

* Partner with operations, technology, and solution teams to deliver scalable outcomes

* Build and mentor high-performing transformation teams

Qualifications & Experience

* 12+ years of experience in BFSI transformation or consulting

* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory)

* Strong domain expertise across banking, financial services, or insurance operations

* Proven experience in digital and AI-led transformation initiatives

* Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and presentation skills
