About the role:

Our Senior Associates are deeply involved in all aspects of the M&A process from client development to transaction closing. Senior Associates are responsible for overseeing Associates on project teams and providing senior M&A professionals with support and various deal materials. Senior Associates will handle more complex transactions and will handle communications with clients, which could include running meetings.

What You'll Do:

Regular duties include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinateand support due diligence engagements
• Draftdue diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda
• Participatemeaningfully in all aspects of engagement development and execution
• Developand present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings
• Participatein M&A strategy development discussions
• Mentorand develop staff Associates
  
  

Ideal candidates have:

• 3-5years of experience in transaction advisory services
• Experienceworking with common ERP and accounting software
• Experienceworking with or leading the development of QOE reports (Quality ofEarnings)
