Your Role
As a
Senior Training & Recruitment Manager, you will:
- Design and lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from high-volume sourcing to executive onboarding.
- Manage the employer brand in the Philippines to position the company as a top-tier BPO employer.
- Build a 30-60-90 day induction framework to ensure a consistent and high-quality new hire experience.
- Develop a multi-modal training curriculum covering technical skills, leadership, and soft skills.
- Partner with Ops Managers to integrate role-specific training that reduces time-to-productivity.
- Create succession plans and career pathways to mitigate operational risks and improve retention.
- Establish recruitment and training metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and knowledge retention.
- Identify competency gaps using performance data and commission targeted training interventions.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Training and Recruitment leadership within the BPO/KPO sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations (ideally managing environments with 200+ FTE).
- Expertise in designing competency-based assessment frameworks and structured interview guides.
- Advanced capability in developing 30-60-90 day onboarding strategies for diverse business units.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align Manila operations with onshore Australian/Global leads.
- Mastery of recruitment and training analytics to drive data-led continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in building a Training & Recruitment function from the ground up in a growing operation.
- Proficiency in blended learning methodologies, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and OJT.
- Demonstrated success in talent management and identifying High-Potential (HiPo) employees.
- Familiarity with the Wilson Group's operational context or similar multi-brand service environments.
- Strategic mindset for long-term workforce planning and reducing single-point-of-failure risks.
