Role Description
The Senior Training Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support employee performance and capability across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, preparing training materials, facilitating classroom and small-group sessions, and coordinating schedules and logistics for training activities. The Senior Training Officer also monitors training outcomes, maintains documentation and training records, and collaborates with managers to align learning initiatives with business goals. The role involves mentoring trainers, recommending process improvements, and ensuring training content reflects current industry practices and company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills, including experience in designing and delivering structured learning programs.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Employee Training skills, with the ability to present information clearly and engage diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess training needs, interpret data, and measure training effectiveness.
• Experience in curriculum design, facilitation techniques, and the use of training technologies or learning management systems is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
