Role DescriptionThe Senior Training Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support employee development and organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, developing training materials and modules, facilitating classroom and small-group training sessions, and coordinating logistics for training activities. The Senior Training Officer will monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, update programs based on business requirements, and collaborate with managers to address skill gaps. The role also involves maintaining training records, ensuring alignment with company policies, and mentoring team members on best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills, with experience in designing and delivering structured learning programs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and present complex information clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess training needs, interpret data, and measure program effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess Employee Training experience, including facilitating workshops, onboarding programs, and skills-based sessions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in real estate or a similar industry, familiarity with adult learning principles, and proficiency in MS Office or learning management systems are beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple training initiatives, and adapt to evolving organizational priorities.
