Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed test plans, scenarios, and execution schedules.
- Lead SIT/UAT execution across CMS, APIs, batch interfaces, and third-party systems.
- Coordinate Visa certification testing using Visa simulator.
- Review requirements and ensure complete functional/integration coverage.
- Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, retesting, and regression planning.
- Guide Test Analysts and junior testers on execution and domain knowledge.
- Create/maintain automation scripts using Playwright, Katalon, or Selenium.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in cards issuing domain and SmartVista CMS platform testing.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 flows (authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks).
- Hands-on automation experience (Playwright/Katalon/Selenium).
- Experience with Visa certification testing and API/batch validation.
- Familiarity with AWS, Postman/Swagger, and defect management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to lead small testing teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
Contractual: 1 year subject for extension
Salary: up to PhP 97,000 + 3K allowance
