About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation professionals to lead and drive quality assurance and automation testing initiatives across enterprise applications, web platforms, APIs, integrations, and ERP systems. This role combines hands-on automation engineering with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality software delivery through robust testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks and test solutions for web, API, enterprise, and ERP applications.
• Build and maintain automated smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
• Drive automation best practices, coding standards, framework improvements, and reusable components.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and Agile delivery.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, data, defects, and testing evidence.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA and Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright.
• Experience with OpKey or similar enterprise automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent automation tools.
• API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Strong SQL skills for validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Experience with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps Test Plans, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and shift-left testing practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP testing experience such as Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
