Senior Test Analyst – SAP / Retail Domain

CloudMarc is looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst with strong SAP or retail-domain testing experience to join our growing Philippines delivery team.
This is a fully remote role working closely with Australian-based project teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional, system integration and regression testing.
- Test end-to-end retail processes across integrated enterprise systems.
- Prepare test plans, scenarios, scripts and traceability documentation.
- Validate integrations between SAP and surrounding retail platforms.
- Manage defects from identification through to retesting and closure.
- Work with business analysts, developers, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks and release readiness.
- Support UAT preparation and business-user testing when required.
Essential experience
- Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst in complex IT environments.
- Hands-on testing experience with SAP or enterprise retail systems.
- Strong system integration testing experience.
- Knowledge of retail processes such as:
- Pricing and promotions
- Inventory and stock management
- Orders and fulfilment
- Point of sale
- Product and customer data
- Finance and supply chain integrations
- Strong test design, execution and defect-management skills.
- Experience working across multiple integrated systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Australian teams and business hours.
Highly desirable
- Experience with SAP Retail, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or SAP CAR.
- Oracle Retail or RMS experience.
- API, database or SQL testing experience.
- Experience supporting large retail transformation programs.
- Exposure to test-management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or ALM.
