Senior Technician, Test & Assembly (Motion System / Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and adjust mechanical components using precision tools, following technical drawings and work instructions.
• Provide hands-on service and practical training to customers, suppliers, and subsidiaries on motion systems.
• Diagnose and repair non-conforming or returned motion systems, including component replacement.
• Support technical documentation (e.g., BOMs, work instructions) for supplier collaboration.
• Log data accurately in ERP systems for traceability and repair documentation.
• Set up test benches, run dynamic/functional tests, and record results.
• Perform inspection and quality control per company standards.
• Report issues and suggest improvements to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electro-mechanics.
• 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly and testing of motion systems.
• Experience with mechanical components (linear/rotary guides, bearings, encoders) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in functional testing, test bench setup, dynamic evaluation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
