Senior Technical Support Specialist

Web Design Davao is looking for an experienced, hands-on Level 3 Engineer to join our technical services team and support multiple client environments.

This senior position is suited to someone experienced in complex troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, networking, servers, hardware, cloud environments, and Level 2/Level 3 escalations.

• Minimum 3–5+ years of recent MSP experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Defender, networking, cybersecurity, PSA/ticketing systems, and technical documentation is essential.
• Leadership experience mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 technicians is required.
• Experience with Australian MSP clients, PSA/RMM automation, PowerShell, Power Automate, AI-assisted service delivery, Essential Eight, and ISO 27001 is highly regarded.
