Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Support Specialist, based in Pasig. The Senior Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience, analyzing technical issues, and delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve complex networking and smart home product issues effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to quickly diagnose and address technical challenges.
  • Exceptional Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide excellent service and address customer needs professionally.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with technical teams and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Relevant certifications in networking or related fields (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco certifications) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
