Your Role: As an
MES Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Resolve highly technical incidents, problems, and change requests via the Support Portal.
- Diagnose root causes of complex data issues and document technical solutions for bespoke software applications.
- Perform advanced SQL tasks, including writing and debugging T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, and ETL processes (SSIS).
- Debug application code using C#, JavaScript, and .Net Framework to fix software bugs and operational issues.
- Validate computer systems and configurations according to ISO 9001 engineering methodologies and standards.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- At least 7 yearsu0027 experience in software project delivery or support for process-oriented environments.
- Extensive experience with SQL Databases, T-SQL (Stored Procedures/Views), and SSIS/ETL processes.
- Proficiency in writing and debugging code in C#.
- Strong experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows/Network administration.
- Ability to work the Night Shift to support strategic international clients (e.g., US-based).
Preferred skills/expertise- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Industry knowledge in Food and Beverage or Pharmaceutical processing.
- Familiarity with AspenTech MES or similar manufacturing intelligence platforms.
- Experience with Power BI, Data Warehousing, and SSRS Reporting.
- Knowledge of frontend/UI technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, XAML, and WPF.
