Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer located in Mandaluyong. The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will focus on driving technical sales initiatives, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and delivering customized technology solutions. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, executing sales strategies, and working closely with the engineering and sales teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

• Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to support business growth and customer engagement
• Strong ability to deliver effective Technical Support and offer tailored solutions to clients
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships and collaboration within teams
• Background in Sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in industrial machinery, robotics, or automation systems is a strong advantage
