Senior Recruitment Officer (Technical and Healthcare) will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring of ideal candidate. He/She will be assisting in filling external manpower needs in adherence to the agreed SLA and turn-around- time. He/She will be the coordinator between the candidate and the client.
About the Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet the set targets on a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.
- Gather and elicit detailed information of the job order from the clients to facilitate effective recruitment drive through meetings and calibration
- Plan the screening, searching and selection processes.
- Maximize the use of recruitment tools and LinkedIn.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants against client specifications.
- Prepare the resume of the candidates and put it forward by presenting and selling it to clients for interview.
- Follow-through via telephone calls after each interview with all candidates and clients at every stage of the recruitment process for all permanent placements.
- Close the Job orders on a timely basis within 45 to 90 days turn-around time.
- Resolve problems and complaints from candidates or clients in an effective and timely manner.
- Provide coaching and counseling as and when needed to assure the candidate's good performance and client's satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates.
- Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database while maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings.
- To handle other projects that may be assigned.

Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience recruiting for Technical and clinical healthcare roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
