We're looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for infrastructure and engineering roles to join our team and lead recruitment for high-impact roles.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), DevOps Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Infrastructure positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of sourcers/recruiters
- Improve recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience hiring for SRE/DevOps/Platform/Infrastructure roles
- Strong technical screening and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of engineering practices
- Experience mentoring or leading a sourcing/recruitment team
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
