Your Background

Experience:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on hiring technical profiles.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent across the United States, EU & Philippines with a deep understanding of market-specific hiring practices, talent pools, compliance requirements, and recruitment strategies across these regions.
  • Successful history of staffing positions at all project levels and experience with all phases and roles within the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Advanced English skills, both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to support interview processes, negotiations, closing strategies, and offer presentation.

What You'll Be Doing

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding.

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and other channels to proactively source top technical talent.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and set recruitment goals.

Candidate Experience:

  • Provide a seamless, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Market Expertise:

  • Stay up to date on labour market trends, salary benchmarks, competitive landscape insights, and hiring best practices.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment processes meet local labour regulations and company policies in all relevant U.S. states and LATAM countries, EU and Philippines.
